Previously, Janice Morley Lecomte was a Manitoba PC MLA who was defeated in the 2023 provincial election. During her successful 2019 provincial campaign, a constituent on whose door Janice knocked claimed that she gave a "pro-choice" (in favor of baby-killing) response when asked about abortion. However, the details have not been verified by a second source. Another reason that brings uncertainty about Janice's position on abortion is that she actually voted AGAINST a pro-abortion NDP measure that sought to criminalize peaceful, pro-life expression on taxpayer-owned public sidewalks within a radius of up to 150 metres around abortion killing centres. No response to CLC's 2019 Manitoba provincial election questionnaire.

Duguid also told a constituent during the 2015 election campaign that he identifies as "pro-choice", which is a euphemism for pro-abortion. He reaffirmed his commitment to the killing of unborn children by abortion when responding to a constituent's inquiry in June 2021 (see Quotes tab).

On March 11, 2021, this MP voted to dramatically expand the euthanasia killing regime in Canada under Bill C-7, even extending it to people suffering from mental illness alone.

In June 2021, the MP voted against pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Later that month, this MP disgracefully revealed himself to be an enemy of parental rights, and science, by voting to pass Bill C-6, legislation that will jail parents for up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.
