Official party policy is pro-abortion and LGBT ideology. In fact, Trudeau's candidate selection process, instituted May 7, 2014, forbids any pro-life Canadians from running as Liberal Party candidates. The only way they would be allowed to run is if they promise to vote in favour of abortion whenever such legislation comes up.

According to homosexual newspaper, Xtra, MP Randall Garrison identifies as "gay". Garrison is a radical homosexual activist and proponent of a tyrannical, anti-parental rights "conversion therapy ban" (see below). In totalitarian fashion, he spoke in favour of the NDP party resolution to deny charitable tax status to ex-gay Christian organizations like Exodus International (July 6, 2011). In 2012, this anti-science MP voted against Stephen Woodworth's principled Motion 312 to study whether a child in the womb is a human being based on the preponderence of evidence from modern medical science. He also pushed the reckless, transgender 'Bathroom Bill' (C-279) which, if passed, will put young girls and women at risk by creating a counterfeit, legal 'right' for men to access women's bathrooms and changerooms. In December 2020, Garrison voted to dramatically expand the euthanasia killing regime in Canada under Bill C-7. Then, on March 11, 2021, the entire NDP caucus actually voted AGAINST the horrible amended version of euthanasia expansion Bill C-7 that allows assisted suicide for people suffering from mental illness alone.

In June 2021, this MP voted against pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Later that month, the MP disgracefully revealed himself to be an enemy of parental rights, and science, by voting to pass Bill C-6, legislation that will jail parents for up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.

During debates on conscience-protection Bill C-268, MP Garrison stated his support for forcing doctors to commit acts that violate their conscientious beliefs (see Quotes tab).
