Based on a conversation with a constituent during Mr. Morin's PC Party candidatacy in the 2024 New Brunswick provincial election, it was determined that he supports parental rights in education. He fully supported the policy of the former Higgs PC government, which required parental consent before teachers and schools can adopt new pronouns or a new name for a student. Having served as a teacher for 32 years, Mr. Morin understands the vital role of parents in a child’s education and upbringing.

Official Liberal party position is pro-abortion & pro-LGBT ideology. In fact, Justin Trudeau's candidate selection process, instituted May 7, 2014, forbids any pro-life Canadians from running as Liberal Party candidates. The only way they would be allowed to run, is if they promise to vote in favour of abortion whenever such legislation comes up.
