CLC's 2025 federal election questionnaire not yet sent.

Rating Comments

Rating is based on a January 2022 meeting between MP Perkins and a CLC supporter who interviewed Perkins on pro-life issues (see Questionnaire tab).

During the meeting, MP Perkins seemed incapable of understanding why Canadians need to be protected from the Trudeau Liberals' ever-expanding euthanasia regime. In fact, under euthanasia expansion Bill C-7, which passed in March 2021, the largely-symbolic "safeguard" of a waiting period prior to a euthanasia killing being carried out was eliminated, and the number of witnesses required to observe a third party signing a euthanasia request was reduced. In addition, Bill C-7 allowed the assisted suicide of people experiencing mental illness ALONE, without any physical health problem or ailment whatsoever.

MP Perkins also failed to grasp the scientifically irrefutable fact that human life begins at conception.

Official Liberal party position is pro-abortion & pro-LGBT ideology. In fact, Justin Trudeau's candidate selection process, instituted May 7, 2014, forbids any pro-life Canadians from running as Liberal Party candidates. The only way they would be allowed to run, is if they promise to vote in favour of abortion whenever such legislation comes up.
