Side-by-Side Candidate Comparison in the Riding of Lakeland

In June 2021, this MP rightly voted in favour of pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Also in June 2021, this principled MP voted against Justin Trudeau’s parental prosecution bill, C-6, which seeks to put parents in jail up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.

MP Stubbs did not respond to CLC's 2015 election questionnaire despite multiple requests via email and phone. As an MP, she has a good voting record overall. The only stain on her voting record is having been absent (or abstained) from the critical vote on Justin Trudeau's radical, transgender ideology bill, where we needed her to be present to vote against it.

Micheal Speirs gave perfect answers to CLC's 2025 federal election questionnaire, acknowledging that life is a sacred gift from God that should be valued from conception to natural death. He is a husband and father of four children. As a teacher at the post-secondary level, Michael strongly supports school choice, including private school and homeschooling options.
